Or is it a Model 14 or 141 in .30 Remington?  I had one and it was kinda fun.  Made in the 1920s or 30s and had a period Weaver post-reticle scope. Has a twisted magazine tube so that pointed bullets can be used instead of the round-nose that mose tube-magazine guns are limited to.

.30 Remington is identical to 30-30 Winchester in body, but is rimless.  It can be loaded using 30-30 dies but a caliber-specific shell holder.  I'm pretty sure Remington still makes one factory load for it.

It is the Mod 141 with the twisted mag tube and it is .30 Remington

I know nothing about hand loads or dies !  When you say remington makes a factory load , do you mean ready to shoot ammo ?

I did a limited Google search...and wasn't able to locate any .30-.30 Rem (NOT Winchester) ammo anywere. Lots of info out there about the rifle itself, but since the 30-30 winchester really took off, and the rimless Remington didn't,  it appears ammo manufacturers followed suit and dropped the 30-30 Rem for 30-30 Winchester. You might shop online auctions etc, but from a relatively limited search (Natchez, Midway, Remington ammo website and Google), nobody had any nor does it appear to still be manufactured (at least by Remington).

The caliber is .30 Remington, not 30-30 Remington.  I thought they were still loading it, but must have dropped it recently (or it is one of thsose occasional-run calibers).  I'd bet you could still find it at gunshows and on shelves, but it is really easy to reload for.

It's kind of easy to confuse the two calibers.  The .30 Remington was intended to be a competitor to the .30-30, and it's basically a rimless version of the older, Winchester case.  Most sources say you can use .30-30 load data for the .30 Remington—they're that similar.
