Titanium from V7 Weapons System are nice
BCM makes one
Cut off a front sight and shape one on a belt sander/grinder/Dremel
You can buy a barrel with a pinned on low pro gas block (Noveske Skinny 14.5)

That's tacticool and all, but I have no interest in a longer rail or low profile gas block for this one.
