sorry but those marking will only tell you who manufactured the raw forgings not who assembled the uppers

Doesn't really matter...to me anyway. Unless the manufacture advises you that they are the ones who finished the forgings or unless the manufacturer has their own forge code it's anyone's guess.

I understand....as to the uppers as long as they fit and make bullet go bang and look good with the lower, they are good to go....can I ask you something on the lower now or do I need to open a new topic....yaa i'm that green,....

From what I can gather Ameetec had a decent reputation as far as quality of product went, but their original owner, Warren Mee, both screwed over an arfcom member on the prototype of a pistol caliber AR lower he was negotiating to produce as well as getting himself a Federal fraud conviction.

He's gone off to whatever reward the Feds dished out and Ameetec, as I understand it, now operates under new ownership. There has been little to no commentary here on the new Ameetec. All the high drama happened last summer (2007).

I picked up a side charger from them a few months ago and it is beautiful. No issues with customer service or shipping.
