Looking for recommendations for a top quality upper with a 7 or 8 twist 26'' long to shoot 75/77 gr bullets.

Might have to go custom on that one. Most makers don't go past 24".
I think I saw one barrel on Midway's sight that was 223 and 26" a while back.

Go with a bushmaster varminter, its a 24" fluted barrel. Very accurate.

Krieger 7.7 twist 26" completely finished barrel with a Wylde chamber.~$450
