does anyone know what the height is for the Comp M4s with the factory mount and spacer is? 1/3 rd or absolute co-witness?

Neither, but it's closer to the absolute co-witness than the lower 1/3 wowitness.

i have the adm mount on m4s with socom height mount.
if you get the co wit height it will line up with front sight.

The Larue LT-659NV is the mount you want. It provides absolute co-witness. I have one on my pistol below......
