| Anybody have any experience with the mount that comes with the Aimpoint CompC3? Is it a good one for a flat top AR, and will it put the dot above my front sight? |

I got the same low Aimpoint mount with my CompM2 and it's way too low to co-witness with my iron sights.
If you want to use it you might raise it by using a small riser rail mount but if you don't like that setup toss it or use it on your other rifles or sell it and just get a proper Aimpoint mount either absolute center or lower 1/3 co-witness type mount. |
