Help I have spent days searching the web and I have yet to find what I consider a deal on an Aimpoint comp c3 or comp m3/ml3.
Who has the best price for a 2 moa sight? Thanks! |

What about one of the CS sights at Midway for $399

I called Midway last night and asked a couple of questions on the CS.
1. Will the CS co-witness with a flat top set up with F front sight? A: The cs will not co-winess with any iron sights on an AR platform. 2. What is the warranty? A: you will have to call Aimpoint, We don't know. 3. What is the cost to replace the battery at Aimpoint when it dies? A you will have to call Aimpoint. We don't know. It doesn't make me want to go out and pay $400 for a sight that no one knows anything about. There is nothing on the Aimpoint site about it at all. You would think that at least Miodway would ask a few quastions before placing an Item for sale. Oh well the Hunt continues for an ML3 that is discounted a bit. |

We will meet or beat prices.
Warranty is 2 years for professional use or 10 years for personal use. Batteries are $2 to $3 dollars. The CS will not cowitness because the integral mount is lower (perhaps a riser could be used?) However, it does have integral BUIS on the top of the optic. 2. An Aimpoint rep at another forum stated the CS is covered by a "full US warranty" and that includes replacing the battery. 3. Unknown, the battery itself (3.6v AA lithium) is appx $5. 4. I've ordered one to try on my STG-556 because of the lower mount height and BUIS, I'll post a range report over in the Bullpup forum, hopefully this weekend. Tomac |
