hello everyone im having trouble removing the tube that holds in the spring its a standard a2 stock any hints for removing it

Did you remove the screw holding the stock on the receiver extension? After that, usr a strap wrench to remove the extension. Check it the reference section. A lot of go manuals to use.

ya i removed everything just the tubes still on, on the back of the tube where  the stock screw goes in can i use a wrench to remove it or would that mess something up

If it has the flats, yes.  
Though if you find you are putting too much grunt into it, someone may have gotten a little gay with the thread dope.

Yes, you can use a wrench there.  Thats what it's there for.
