Full auto, Hows that gun shoot? I'm basically going to build the same thing myself. I'm using a Krieger barrel and I really like the GG&G flip up front sight. The Larue rails, Arms rings, PRS stock (TAN), MIAD (TAN), and others will be the same though. Scope is a 8.5x25 MK4 with illuminated mildots. Looking forward to finishing it sometime soon. I like to see others that have been build in the process of finishing mine, keeps me motivated and doesn't allow me to forget about all the parts sitting in the safe. Thanks for sharing. gS |
| Daniel Defense and Larue tac rails are both very popular, but if this is going to be a sniper rifle and weight isn't much of an issue, you could consider getting an ARMS SIR system. That way you don't have to go through all of the trouble of mounting a 14" scope on about 5 inches of reciever rail. |

Here's my version of what you want www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=12&t=302147 |
If you use the Larue scope mounts then you'll have no problem mounting the scope on the receiver. And the Larue foreend and scope mount combined don't cost much more than an SIR rial alone. |
