I was using ar builder on brownells and it said the rifle length stabilzer hand guard wasnt compatible with a 16 in barrel... anyone know if thats correct? or have a pic with that setup and possibly a prs stock?

They have a shorter model. The rifle length is for a 20".
Might be a gas block problem they are referring to.

I was also interested in a rifle length badger on a 16" barrel. Would it work over a low-pro gas block?

thanks for the pic... I was considering the lo-pro gas block also. I knew it wouldnt work with a fsb I didnt know if there was something on the install that made a shorter barrel a no-go

Mine is rifle-length on an 18" midlength barrel with a low-profile gas block.
The gas block is, of course, completely under the handguard.
