hi!
i have an AR kit i got from RRA and ive taking off the front sight post to put on a free float gas block.  the only thing i need to know is the diameter of the barrel.

does anyone have an idea or know where i could find that out?

best bet would be actually measure it. Barring that if it's and m4 type contour it would be a .750, bull barrel would be .936 and pencil barrel would be .625
