anybody know who can thread a barrel at a descent price?it seems like a kinda pricey endevor?140 bucks is what ive been seeing.

Adco or Rainier.

Threading a barrel has to be done right to make it square to the muzzle and concentric to the bore.
There needs to be a relief groove behind the threads and they need to be the proper pitch and depth.
Quality precision work costs a bit more, but not prohibitively so.

You can no doubt get it done cheaper than Adco, but at least with Adco you know it will be high quality. Are you threading for a suppressor, or something like a flash hider? An iffy thread job may do fine for a flash hider, but could kill a silencer.
