The Jewell is a spectacular trigger, but it is anything but drop in.

The Geiselle seems to be the new standard in triggers.  Quite pricey, however.

The jewell is the best if you like a two stage, the JP is hard to beat if you like a single stage IMO

For a large pin colt thisis the trigger i would get. I have one and I'm completely happy with it.  I returned my CMC trigger, it was a POS.

I would recommend some trigger work from team member "whatnow"at 28 bucks per trigger group alot cheaper than a match trigger and honestly for the price the match trigger can't compare, just my .2cents worth

I bought the JP fire control kit/KNS pins and spent 3 days and 4 disconnectors tuning it to absolute perfection ... and I still was only midly happy with it.

It was really short and the reset kicked ass, but it really wasn't that light of a pull at all.  I had the reduced power springs as well.

It worked very well for rapid fire ISPC type shooting (running and gunning), which is what I guess it is intended for ... for a sniper trigger, it didn't work nearly as well as I had hoped.  I wanted a trigger that just broke like glass ... this didn't.  It hardly moved, but it took more force than I wanted to get it to move that tiny bit.

I sold it along with the lower to friend in need of an AR ... I'll try a Geiselle next time.
