don't waste your money. if you want something less expensive than an EOTech or Aimpoint look at Vortex or Primary Arms.

I have had two BSA scopes. Both blew up. I told my buddy not to buy the one he blew apart from the recoil on his .243.

Pass on BSA. I have yet to see someone have good luck with them.

Primary Arms or Vortex SPARC are about the only useful budget AR optics imo

Scopes... not worth a damn.

Red dot's on the other hand are not terible. I have a Marlin 795 that I bought new for $95 and put one of their RD30's on top of it, other than the terrible batery life its not too shabby.

I have 2-3 BSA's that came with some rifles I bought from a local dealer. BSA in General is 50/50. I will say save up your money and buy once and be happy! I just bought a used aimpoint comp m4 with an ard and bikini covers and a carry handle mount for less than 400 dollars shipping and all. You can too.  also agree that budget optics are Primary Arms and Vortex. I am tired of buying junk. If buy once buy quality be happy! Its tough to wait but in the end its always worth it.
