Take look at a Weaver Classic V 1-3x or 2-7x.

Primary Arms

Just take a gander of what they have and find what you like. They're really good for the money.

They have all kinds 1-6x32, 4-14x44, red dots and magnifiers.

Vortex Diamondback scopes are very good for the price.

I have diamondback  (like it a lot) and several Primary Arms optics. Primary Arms give you a lot for your money, especially their prism optic (etched reticle with illumination).

Is this your only rifle or do you plan on buying better later? The thing I learned early on when buying rifles and equipment (over 35 years ago) is that money spent on cheap stuff is money wasted. I end up throwing or giving it away or it ends up in a drawer in a basement file cabinet. Quality gear is money well spent. I suggest you use irons if you're only going to shoot out to 200 yards. AR-15's are very capable with irons at that range.

A detachable (made in USA) handle or LMT adjustable rear sight works great with the front tower. I recently built a sleeper rifle, SS match barrel Gun Koted black and standard detachable handle. It's set up just like an A4 but has a 14.5" barrel with a pinned and welded flash hider, mid-gassed and A2 style front and rear stocks. It looks like a 3/4 sized A lot AR15A4. I intend to leave it clean and simple (and light).

I also built a cheap (for me) upper a little while ago using a BCM 20" government profile barrel and mounted a Weaver 30mm 1.5x5 scope on it. I bought the Weaver on sale and was disappointed when it arrived. It's marked "made in the Philippines". Almost every economy scope is made is the far east and the quality ranges from actable considering what I paid for to absolute junk that doesn't work from the moment you take it out of the box. None of it is good by my standards.

You are better off buying a cheaper "made in USA or Japan" scope. They have very high quality control standards.

I can wholeheartedly recommend the Redfield "Revolution" line of scopes (the ones made in Oregon) or the Bushnell "Throw Down PCL" 1-4x

Recently picked up one on sale from Cabelas, Nikon 3-9 BDC for $83. A jam up scope for the money.

This is my 3rd build.  The first was for practice and the second is my "when stuff gets serious" rifle.  Have red dots on those, just getting a scope because we all have to make concessions to old age.  The longest range at our club is about 200 yds and I need a little more precision out that far.
