Why is it better to install a 9mm buffer instead of the H2 or heavy buffer? What about the H3 buffer?

The many different heavy buffers and the 9mm buffer are to improve cycling of the action by slowing everything down just a little bit. Most of the heavy buffers are to improve the performance of carbine rifles, they really are not needed on rifle length and mid-length systems.

The 9mm buffer is the heavyest one, then the H2 buffer and lastly the H3.

Many people choose the 9mm. People have reported feeling less recoil and obviously better follow up shots...and in some cases improved feeding.

I cant see the endine be ALL that much better!

H3 would be nice but cost over 25 bucks

9mm is closest to the weight of the fixed stock buffer.
