Just need some opinions. I'm finally getting to the last pieces of my build. I just bought a Midwest industries ssk 10.5" handguard. My question is will a Daniel defense 10.3 barrel and a2 flashider clear the handguard enough?

Quick answer-> No.
Your barrel is 10.3". Rail is 10.5". A2 vents will be inside the rail.
Rail will be damaged by blast.
Not good.

Which muzzle device should I go with then or just go with a bcm 11.5" barrel

Nothing wrong with the bcm setup. Good balance, and a decent jump in performance over 10.5.
