I just ordered my first upper (a midlength) from MApartsinc.com

I ordered it on Presidents day and should have in 3 weeks. Not too bad considering I was going to do the 3 to 4 month wait at Delton.
PS You have to call M&A parts. They don't show stuff that they have in stock on their website.

Good Luck

I built my first lower in Nov,  Luckily by the time the good ol' CA 10 day waiting period was up I had a complete M4 upper, stock kit and lower parts kit.
I got everything but the lower from RB precision, it's a husband/wife run deal and they are very very good at delivering when they say they will.

Took about an hour. Next one will go a lot faster now that i have done one. (i didn't use the vise grips. no need to if you properly support the tabs for the trigger guard)

Looks great!

Now you just need an upper and you'll be ready to roll!
