| I'm new to all the SBR stuff but I heard someone talking about a 7.5 inch barrel not working right if you put a suppressor on it. I'm sending off for my stamp next week for a can and I plan on building an SBR next I'm just curious to how short I should go with a can attached to the end of it. |

Most manufacturers wont warranty a suppressor on anything less than an 11" barrel. The powder that normally burns up in a 16" rifle doesn't fully burn in a 7.5" barrel, and causes extra wear on the can. Most people I've seen use 11" or longer barrels.
Try asking here: Suppressor Thread Hope this helps. |

Buy an OP's M4S from ADCO and don't look back. http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q160/badazzar15/STCompressor-1.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q160/badazzar15/STCompressor2.jpg Wow! what are the specs for a gun like that? I would love to build one. |

I would love to build one. Same rifle but with the OP's 16th suppressor installed (they use the same mounting points).
The rifle is the ST Compressor. |

I wouldn't go any shorter than 10.3. Most can makers will not warranty their product if used on barrels shorter than 10". |
