I have an armalite factory assembled bolt carrier that the key came loose from the carrier will locktite hold up with the heat and what are the odds that it will happen again since I retourqued the bolts for it and reassembled it?

First you should get some new screws, because the old ones will stretch and can break. Then you should torque the new screws and stake them in place. Some people loctite them in and some dont I wouldnt just stake them!!!

Loctite may mean you break the heads off the shaft if you ever need to remove them

The same thing happened to my armalite. I couldn't understand why I was getting FTEs all of a sudden on NATO ammo.  Once I torqued the  screws, everything was fine. Now I check them regularly.

The screws need to be staked, which is when a sharp metal object (I used a punch) is used to drive metal from the key into the screw to keep them from turning.  There have been several threads on the subject.
