i know this aint a GOOD handle but has anyone seen or used one. im looking for a cheaper handle to get me by till i can afford a better one. and can you mount a scope on this ?

you can mount a scope on it...you can opt for an A2 picannty rail addition
if you got a flatop, i'd advise mounting the scope on the upper itself––the cheek weld is A LOT better vs a scope on a carry handle (basically non-existant cheek weld) FWIW: you can find used/new REAL quality A3 carry handles in the EE for $20 more

get a one piece scope mount and you will be fine.
