[ARCHIVED THREAD] - chamber identification

I have a 16" RRA upper, there are no markings on the barrel or anywhere else that I can see. Other than calling RRA, how can I find out if my chamber is 5.56 or .223? I know the 5.56 is higher pressure and I don't want to have it blow apart on me if it is a .223 chamber.

RRA's come with either a 5.56 or .223 Wylde chamber.
Either one is ok to shoot 5.56.

after checking out the website a little more, it looks like the 16" are generally chambered for the 5.56(?)
I wish they would just mark the barrels
