Nothing is going to be cheap anymore unless you get lucky and find a local deal.

Accurate AND affordable are at opposite ends of the spectrum these days.If prices keep on rising the ten twelve dollar a box Rem UMC and WW White box are going to be the low price standard. The only prediction from me may be that this winter those who went out on the ammo limb buying in recent times may need ready cash to pay for heats and eats or get depressed about the current state of the supply and costs..That just very well be the new source of "Surplus"ammo

PRVI Partizan Match ammo is about as good as I can recommend at $10.95 per box from AIM Surplus, and the accuracy is excellent....at least in my rifles.  Burns clean too.  The days of $29.95 battle packs are gone though.

I've also had very good results with the PRVI Partizan Match ammo in .308 and .223.
