I just purchased 2 Colt 20" post-ban non-threaded barrels with a gov't profile (thin under the HGs). I was told that the barrels were chrome lined. I called Colt and was told that the only barrels that were chrome lined were produced between 1994 1nd 1997. I don't think that Colt's Customer Service is correct. Yes Troy, I've seen your chart and believe you would know the answer. The markings on the barrel are C MP and Nato 1/7, but noting to indicate chrome lining, as some Colt barrels once had. Would someone (who actually knows), please confirm that they're chrome lined. the black rifle disease demands that I know the truth. |
