I want to use the CTR buttstock but which spring and buffer an H2 or standard sbhould i get? Is there a diference in the springs?

The spring is standard, and I would start out with a normal weight buffer. If you are having problems later on with heavier ammo then you can increase the weight. If the rifle is functioning correctly you shouldn't need the heavier buffer though.

A CS spring will probably last the life of the weapon.
If you are a reloader run the heaviest buffer that will function with all your ammo. YMMV
