Sure you can sell it. You just can't have built it with the intent of selling it without proper license.

You cant disprove intent, but if you sell it, intent was always present. Whether as a forethought or in hindsight, it existed, which now deems it illegal.

Don't resell it.

I had my Gibbz Arms lower done with a custom serial number.
They don't advertise it but I walked in and asked for it. So you might call and ask for it if you like the look of the lower.

This right here. I have a custom serialized range tool lower. It was an easy process and the price is definitely right.

Their website is apparently "down for maintenance" at the moment.

Only their retail website is down...ar15brick.com

Email them here:
[email protected]

and they get back to you pretty quick.

They were offering 10% off earlier this month with code 10PERCENT

Range Tool mills lowers for some other bigger names in the industry and their non-retail website is fully functional:

Bullshit.  I can absolutely finish an 80% with no intention of selling, then change my mind days, months, or years later.

Correct, You can sell ANY lower at any time. but, The longer you wait after it is made or purchased, The better.

Easier to dismiss your intentions of make and sell, much less sale for profit.

Many people change their minds along the way of building.
