so i had purchased a fixed rear sight from them and noticed it was damaged in the small aperture. i then contacted them and they got back to me very quickly with a ups shipping thing.
6 days after sending it out to be fixed it came back not only with a new rear sight but a new front sight as well.

you guys are super.

I contacted them recently to try and buy some new cross bolts since mine were marred from screwdrivers. Got a reply email a few hours later asking for my address so they could ship me a handful free of charge. Its the little things

You will be hard pressed to find another company that has better customer service than DD. Top notch quality backed by top notch customer service is why I own a complete DD rifle and all my other ARs have DD parts on them.

The ultimate example of what any American company should strive to be. Not just a great product but a great relationship with customers as well. I honestly believe this is one of the major reasons DD has grown so successfully in such a short time.

I think I'm the only one who's had a negative experience with them. That said I still do business with them and they are a great company.

Great product made by a company that whole heartedly backs it up and makes things right. They understand the concept that helping out a customer with something, even if it isn't their fault can get a returning customer for years to come. Helps that you can blow their shit up and it still functions
