I have a Veltor stock on my AR and want to replace it with an MOE stock.
How do you put the stock on?
The pin doesnt go all the way down.

The pin on the MOE?

It will, you just gotta pull hard on that sucker. To be honest, on my very first build, I had a friend use both hands to pull down on the pins while I slid the stock on

If you cannot force the pins down by hand, use an Alan Wrench to briefly force down the  pins and slide the buffer tube in.

ETA: Looks easy in this video.

Try using gloves.  I had a hard time with mine, but when I put gloves on it was easy.
It doesn't really take a ton of force once the pin isn't digging into your fingers.
