Not trying to defend ARMS, however, with the holidays and all, its possible they haven't been able to reply to emails. Have you tried calling on the telephone?

I had an aimpoint carry handle mount kinda go bad on me.  I stripped one of the 4 allen screws.  Luckily I was able to get one slightly larger so it worked out but it still shouldn't have stripped.  I didn't apply THAT much pressure.  For some reason, I just feel like, for SOME reason, a larue mount would not have failed me.  I don't know why.  Just do.

Yay ARMS mounts...not.

My first inquiry was via the phone.  They told me to send them the parts in question.

I will call them tomorrow just to satisfy my morbid sence of curiosity and see what they have to say.

If I get the parts replaced I will be getting rid of them ASAP.

Regardless I am getting a Larue mount.

I just need to decide if I want an Aimpoint mount or and Eotech mount.

Let me know when you get it back, I'll send you a money order for $50.00 for it.

Mr. Larue:  I have a busted ARMS #35 Rings that the screw stripped out.  Can I sent it to you in exchange for a Larue SPR mount?.  I think it may be an antique by now.

I should have been more clear.  I am a collector of  busted MIM levers.

I have no interest in the ones with stripped-threads.

I had to read it twice too. I thought for a second LaRue was trying their hand at the adult novelty biz.
