Very nice! all of my M4 types have the 14.5" barrel. 4 with the permanent flash suppressors and two SBRs. It's my personal preference over the 16" on a carbine.

I just pinned the same flash hider on my 14.5. Who made that upper and would you mind shoing a pic of the job they did on the pin/weld?

Me too.  I figure if I ever had to change the flash hider (which I wouldn't) I could just replace the barrel also.  Not an issue with me.

Looks good.

They definitely burnt in. I was concerned with heat when i did mine and still trying to decide if i want to leave it visible or blend and refinish.
