| A nice new masonry bit and lots of oil/cutting lube. I've done it quite a bit on flame hardened punch press dies to get through the hardened surface layer. You will need to make a good mark with a punch though just to make sure it doesn't move. You may want to start with a small bit, it will keep center better. |
