| Does anyone have recomendations for a set of drill bits that will cut cleanly for safety and trigger holes? Or will any old brand from home depot work? I'm working with a pre anodized lower and dont want to have to clean up any major blemishes i may cause. |
| Even in a milling machine with center drilled pilot hole a 3/8" drill will drill over size. If you want a .376" hole you need to start with a smaller drill than .375" then ream. A U letter drill or even a 23/64" can be reamed to .376" you can use a .375" reamer the safety is often undersize and will fit fine. |
