Why the Wolf .223 eject everytime and the Winchester 5.56 sometime stuck ???

Wolf laquer coated or polymer? If laquer, it may have gummed up the chamber.

Sounds like you have a .223 chamber.

The higher pressure of the 5.56 is causing the case to stick,

The Wolf is relatively low pressure and doesn't.

Had an extraction problem with the same bolt assy in 2 different 16" uppers.  Answer was a weak extractor spring.  Changing to a Wolf HD spring solved the problem.  I also added ~1/2 ounce to the buffer (was 5.3 oz, now 5.8 oz.)  

I am going to experiment with buffer weights to determine what works best for the range of ammo that I use.  Reliability is my most important issue.
