B/C titanium coated DPMS, we will check the gas key

Check to confirm that the B/C will pass a 45* free drop test in the upper.  The plated units can be a bit oversize and take a while before they mate with the upper (chew the upper key track a bit wider).  During this time, keeping the upper bearing surfaces lubed with CLP is a must.

As for cleaning the chamber, the chamber brush should be used each and every time the barrel is cleaned.  Also, if you are using Hoppes copper solvent, make sure to flush all of it out and leave the chamber/bore dry before firing the rifle.  When Hoppes is left in the barrel, it and fouling creates a nasty/sticky mess and can cause the problems as well.

Thank you Dano,
We used a little extra lube and fired around 400 rnds, all seems good now. bolt stays open when last round is fired.
