posted in troubleshooting also. couldn't read the links related. brand new RRA 20 A2 two stage trigger. function tests are OK. about 80 rounds into initial firing I get a fail to fire. pulled charging handle and round pops out. check it out and the primer wasn't struck. Where can the fault be? feeds fine, locks,,?(I tried using the forward assist to see if it was something in the chamber) it was fully seated. but it happened a few more times. It would be OK for awhile the stop firing again.
any ideas why I get the click but pin doesn't hit primer???hinking.gif could it just be dirty carrier/pin?
should I contact RRA or dealer?? Thanks for any help.

Have you, allclock,  thoroughly cleaned all grease and cosmoline out of the rifle and bolt group before shooting the weapon?

If so and it still did this, call RRA Tech support first to see if it is something they have seen before, they may want you to do look at some things on the weapon before you send it back. If it is a known issue they may just send you the replacement part. Call their tech support.

I would check the firing pin,and the firing pin spring in th e bolt. Then I would call RRA if it still does it.
