18 in ss dpms barrel from jse surplus
free float cheap from a gun show
yhm flip front site from primary arms
optics primary arms
still need a rear flip site

what do you all think?

Have you dealt much with JSE surplus? like quality or anything. I just purchased a complete upper from them. What should I expect quality wise?

all I have bought was the barrel but they shipped quickly and I was happy with the service. Also my neighbor has ordered parts from them and was very happy
