| i have a post ban bushy barrel, as i understand the diameter of the muzzle is larger than an already threaded muzzle. my question is, cant i thread the muzzle i have, then bore out a a2 fh and tap the fh to match the barrel. or would the walls of the fh be too thin? |
Since the barrel OD of an unthreaded barrel us generally 0.700" and a 3/4" wrench (0.750") is used to put on the FH, without having everything in front of my, I'm guessing the above would be true. 0.050" total difference - 0.025" one either side - that's pretty thin. |
