How do you activate your flashlights? with the pressure switch on the grip or with your thumb? witch one is better/easier/faster/more comfortable in your opinion?

My original set up was with a pressure switch. Then I started to re-think how I might use the light if needed in a home invasion/ home defense scenario. With the pressure switch installed one hand must remain on the switch at all times. With the clicker type switch installed I can have the light activated, which frees up my weak hand if needed, allowing the threat to still remain illuminated.

Lights act as bullet magnets so I like to keep it short and sweet.

I also want to keep a firm natural all fing/thumb grip so with my short stubby fingers, I choose the vert grip with tape.  The thumb position just does not give the needed grip.

I run my light at the 9 position with a push button tail cap. I am NOT a fan of a tape switch on a VG.

I run the M3 at the 6 o'clock position, with the factory toggle. I use my index finger/knuckle to come off my TD and can toggle the temp and constant "on".

It's worked very well for me.

Pressure switches are fine if you dont have exposed wires and can put blockers on the majortiy of the pressure switch.  Other than that I like thumb.
