Does anyone make a picatinny gas block that attaches with roll pins not set screws and uses the holes left when you remove the FSB?

None that I've seen.  There are some blocks with flip-up sights that are meant to be pinned on and Noveske uses a pinned version of the Vltor gas block but I have not seen anything with a rail on it.

Can't be done.  There is no standard position for these holes and no two barrels are likely to match up.
