How much trouble (time= money) is it for a gunsmith to thread a post ban barrel so that after the ban expires I can put on a flash hidder on?

I had CMMG Inc. do mine, I don't have them back yet but I'm sure they will do a good job. The price was 35 a barrel and they said it would only take one week.
