What grease should I use on the upper receiver threads and barrel nut?

Neco Moly-Slide Molybdenum Disulfide grease.

Good luck with your build
On barrel nut torque, take it to 30 ft-pounds, stop and look at the alignment of the gas tube hole, then continue turning until the gas tube fits inot a recess of the barrel nut and into the upper straight and true.
