im looking to  start reloading  my  brass from  my 223 and also  for furture 300 win mag  and well i dont know any thing about it ! is there  a book i   get  or  guide  etc that will tell me the  quitment  i will need along  w load formulas,

also it it worth  re loading  will i really save that much money?

Get The ABCs of Reloading.  It's a great book and full of everything you'll need to figure out where to start.  But be advised, we have a reloading forum; it's under "General" and near the bottom.

I'll second the ABC's book.  After that pick up a reloading manual and read that.

How much you save depends on if you figure in the value of your time.  I reload in my spare time and it's something I enjoy doing.  I can do 9mm for .06/ea and .223 for .10/ea.
