So I am building a varmint AR that I am trying to keep a budget build yet still have good parts that keep the accuracy, if you know what I'm talking about. So far I bought an Anderson arms 20" HBAR with a rifle gas system and a PSA upper. I am going to buy a CMC 3 1/5 lb trigger and a Magpul MOE rifle stock. I want a flat bottomed rail and was wondering if the Diamondhead VRS-T and Seekins SP3R were the only two out there and if so which would be better in terms of quality and versatility.

Can't say they are the only ones but I have the seekins and it's very nice.  Would recommend.  Haven't compared the two side by side though.

another option would be to buy a 'regular' round one, then just attach a flat piece of something to it.  Might be cheaper in the end since round ones are more prolific.

the MOE hand guard is kinda flat, but not free floated.  US MIL still uses them so they are pretty accurate I guess.

But the two you mentioned plus the Precision Reflex seem to be the only ones.

ETA: Just found the BCM Gunfighter.

Good luck
