[ARCHIVED THREAD] - head stamp id

I've searched and found nothing on this headstamp....I bought about 150 rds of this stuff all stamped "J 0 7" in 5.56 cal. anybody know what this is?

perhaps this?

J -Birmingham Metals & Munitions Co./Nobel, Birmingham, UK

or

J -are basically interchangeable in German. Archaic spelling of this arsenal was "Jngolstadt.
