Headstamp OFV = Ordnance factory, Varangoan, Busawal, india. Began operations in 1965.

I've never shot any. For more info, opinions actually, head over to the FAL Files forum. There has been a huge number of posts about the Indian ammo. Different headstamps, quality, etc. Might be more info for you.
