Looks to be a USGI FN upper. If you go over to the A2 builds section, there is a sticky at the top of the page called USGI M16a2 upper variation guide. Click on that and scroll down, you will see upper receiver forge codes for different USGI manufacturers and also barrel markings for them as well. |
