Actually LEE has an Aniversary Kit that contains everything for around $70-80 bucks, (bullets, powder and primers extra) which will get ya started on the cheap. If ya think your serious though, the way to go is DILLION, (550B works for me). Mike ps - ditto on the wrong forum...., this may get moved or deleted here |

Great starter kit, see it here: www.midsouthshooterssupply.com/item.asp?sku=0000690174 Mike ps - you can always use the press and dies later on...., even if ya decide to go the progressive route |

Single stage anything is going to work you to death loading .223. AR's are hungry bastards, and you will quickly lose interest if you have to spend too much time loading instead of shooting. Go progressive from the start if your primary reason for reloading is .223. I started off with a Lee starter kit and bought a Dillon 550B after the first 100 rounds. Of course you probably won't listen, but my conscience is clear! |
