im about to order a upper reciever for my 7.5" dpms barrel and i am wondering do i buy the upper with the m4 feed ramp cuts or with out??

DPMS barrels do not have M4 ramps.

any other company cuz i would really not like to spend that much.....do i really need m4 feed ramps for a ar pistol??

No, you probably don't need M4 feed ramps. As I understand, those are not
really useful on anything but full-autos, and even then are still debatable.

As for the price of CMMG stuff, it may seem a little high compared to some
others, but I also see fewer complaints about them than others, FWIW.
