Hi guys, I bought a "Rifle" buffer off the EE and never noticed until I went to use it today that it is an odd length. It is longer than a carbine buffer but about an inch shorter than a rifle buffer. It appears to be a standard gold tone buffer with moveable weights inside and an off white plastic style end plug. The problem is the length, about 5.25" overall. What is it and what is it used in?...Thanks......<><....:)

Pics?

Sounds like it could be the buffer for the Vltor A5 system.
