i am in the process of building a pistol and i need some assistance locating some good quality parts but on the cheaper side.....i am about to order a stripped sl-15 from spikes tactical, and also from spikes i am gettin their pistol buffer and dpms lowers parts kit and their a3 flat top upper....now as for the barrel and barrel assembly that is what i need help with.... i have seen the cmmg 7.3" m7 medcon barrel but i am intrested in seeing if any one has any other ideas for a 7.5 inch barrel??? any help would be greatly appreciated

Short of the joy of building something, isn't it pretty cost effective to buy the upper already built?

JSE has a stainless 7", and a chrome and non-chrome 7.5.
I have had good results oredering from them.

model 1 sales makes a very nice 7.5 inch barrel. mine works like a champ and also pk firearms have some of the best prices around for gun parts with very fast delivery times. i was very impressed with both companies.
